I got this idea from
Poor Girl Gourmet's cookbook (which I'll be reviewing soon). Her version of this included a few more ingredients, but this makes an excellent pasta salad, warm or cold, with just the following things:
a box of orzo, cooked
1 cup diced sundried tomatoes
1 cup toasted walnuts
2 handfuls feta cheese
Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
(If you have fresh parsley, basil, and/or oregano, any/all of those would be fabulous.)
