The Royal Jubilee

Last night's dinner party was a great success. More on that later, though--I have to work a double today.

For now, here's one of the cocktails we had.

1/2 oz Calvados
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Stir with ice, strain, and drink.
