Or you could try this
green bean salad with sesame dressing.
1/2 pound green beans, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup dried cranberries
about a handful of sliced almonds
2 tbsp cold lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk the liquids together. Drizzle over the green beans, add the cranberries and almonds, and mix well. Serve at room temperature.
