I got this recipe out of a back issue of
Wine Enthusiast. It's kind of like a lighter alternative to a Bloody Mary. It's good, but watch the Tabasco.
1/2 diced cucumber
1-2 dashes Tabasco
1 1/2 oz Hendrick's or Plymouth gin
1 oz St. Germain
3/4 oz lemon juice
Muddle the cucumber and Tabasco together; combine all and shake with ice.
